About Me: Peter Lowe

I am a Geography teacher from the UK. I studied Geography at the University of Southampton, and have taught Geography in both Independent and State Schools for more than 30 years. I currently teach the 11-18 age range, helping to prepare students for Geography exams at GCSE and A Level.  I believe that Geography provides students with essential knowledge and understanding of our dynamic planet, thereby enabling them to appreciate the complex interactions that human and natural processes create, and equipping them with the skills to play a key role in shaping our future. 

I believe in promoting creativity and active learning, and am passionate about the benefits provided by digital technologies to enhance both classroom and independent learning.  These interests have led me to becoming an author and self-publisher of multi-touch textbooks on Apple's Store, as well as Kindle eBooks and paperbacks on Amazon's Store.
